RETURN & EXCHANGE

GENERAL

We ensure quality and take great care in the delivery of our products. We attend to return requests only if our item is faulty or does not match the item in the order placed. Please note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the style and colours of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee an accurate representation of colours on your monitor screen.

For domestic exchange and return requests, kindly get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • You can mail us at 22lifestylesmail@gmail.com with the details of your order including the order number and images of the product as you have received it
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All products to be exchanged or returned must have the tags intact and should be in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Once our team has checked the product,  you will receive confirmation within 48 hours that your return has been accepted for exchange/return.

Refund: Refunds will be processed within 5-4 working days post confirmation mentioned above.

SALE

All items on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size in the same style only.
